This week it was announced that The Wildes' song 'Ballad of a Young Married Man' will be included on ABC Saturday Night Country's new compilation album TRACKS OF TRAGEDY. The Wildes will feature alongside legendary artists such as Johnny Cash, Porter Wagoner and Willie Nelson. The disc is being distributed by Universal Music and will be available in stores soon.

In Australia you can get it at ABC Shops, JB HI-Fi, Sanity, Borders and all other good record (or book) stores. Apparently you can even get it through Target (talk about corporate rock...) Ask in store for The Wildes' album Ballad of a Young Married Man.
If
you don't live in Australia your best bet is ordering through Amazon.

ordered in stores now. Watch this space for launch shows in Melbourne
and Sydney. The band won over a new legion of fans at the Tamworth
Country Music Festival in January, and have continued to recieve

The Wildes' debut album 'Ballad of a Young Married Man' is essentially
finished. This week it's being shipped off to the USA for mastering
and a release date has been pencilled in for early next year. In
the meantime look out for singles 'Sweet Teresa' and 'Jack the Blacksmith'
- due out in October.
